The Gala Night on occasion of the presentation of the Emmy Awards.

The series won two Emmy Awardse.
The veterans reacted very exited, some of them are very moved with tears in their eyes. Especially at the moment when their commander Dick Winters went on the stage, together with Tom Hanks. Many of them gave him a standing ovation.
The moment that Dick Winters memorized the members of Easy Company including those who never came home again. He ended his short speech with the words: "I salute you"
A touching speech that brought tears in the eyes of many.
