Op zaterdag 4 juni werd ook een bezoek gebracht aan Carentan waar in het bijzijn van Forrest Guth een nieuw museum werd geopend. Het was nog niet helemaal klaar voor het publiek maar men wilde toch van de gelegenheid gebruik maken dat 18 veteranen van Easy Company bij de officiële opening aanwezig konden zijn. Zo'n gelegenheid krijg je niet ieder jaar.
